If you are not satisfied with anything you have received for any reason we want to know about it.  Our goal is for you to be pleased with your eye care and eyewear.

If you let us know of any problems with your eyewear within thirty days of purchase we will refund your purchase price or make any necessary change in lens type, prescription, or frame selection (additional fees may be needed for some changes).

If your Premium or Elite frame breaks within the first year our laboratories will replace it at no cost to you. Most types of lenses will be replaced due to scratches from normal wear anytime during the first twelve months.

Some of our titanium frames and other select Premium Frames have Lifetime Replacement Protection. Our Crizal Anti-Reflective Coated Lenses have Lifetime Replacement due to scratches as long as the prescription is current.

Your glasses are an investment. Poor fitting glasses do not perform properly. They do require daily care.

• Keep your glasses clean by washing them with mild dish soap (not window cleaner) or special lens cleaners provided by our office.
• Don’t wipe your lenses when they are dry.
• Rinse first and dry with a soft tissue.
• No paper towels, treated tissues, or shirt tails.
• We recommend a special eyeglass cloth that can be used wet or dry available at our office.
• Always take your glasses off with both hands. This will help keep them in adjustment longer.
• Regularly tighten the screws of your frame especially the small screws that hold the lenses in metal frames.
• Keep them in your eyeglass case when not worn.

All glasses will need to be re-adjusted to maintain a comfortable fit and optimum vision. This is especially true during the first few weeks of wear as you adjust to your new prescription. We provide free adjustments to your glasses during the normal life of the frame. Please call our office to let us know when you will be coming.

As a new contact lens wearer your Contact Lens Fitting provides a thirty day evaluation period as you adapt to your new lenses. If anytime during that time you decide that contact lens wear is not making your life better you may return your lenses. Your contact lens fitting fee will be refunded except for a twenty-five dollar instructional fee.
